Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. As many of our products are handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.80 on all orders.
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Insurance & Claims
All orders are shipped with insurance. In the event your package is lost or stolen, a claim must be filed directly with United States Postal Service (USPS).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment. If you choose not to have your order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the order amount excluding shipping costs.
